It’s common knowledge that a hot drink always tastes better when slurped from a cat mug.  So these bone china mugs from Lumme, which feature a cheeky little chap named Oscar, should guarantee that your beverage of choice will transform into nectar fit for the gods.

Ella Goodwin, one of my favourite illustrators/designer-makers, has kindly offered Cool for Cats UK readers the chance to win a £20.00 voucher to spend in her UK Etsy shop, Shop Miss Ella.

In addition to the cushion covers pictured above, Ella’s shop offers a huge range of cat-inspired prints, cards, jewellery, bags and much, much more.

To find out more about Ella and her work, check out her Portfolio and Blog.

If you happen to find yourself in the vicinity of Wymondham, Norfolk between 15th – 27th April, you’ll be able to view some of Ella’s beautiful, whimsical illustrations in person, as she’s one of the artists whose work will be on show at ‘An Exhibition Designed to Make You Smile’ curated by Amelia Bowman.

Ella’s illustrations concentrate on quirky narratives and characters.  Her passion is for visual storytelling and her illustration is often highly detailed using a combination of traditional and digital mediums.  Check out the Ella Goodwin Illustration Facebook page for updates about the exhibition.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it along to the exhibition, as it’s just too far away from Sarf London; but if any of you are in the area and decide to pop along I’d love to hear about your visit, or maybe see some pics (providing you’re allowed to take photos).

And now for some boring giveaway rules: To enter this giveaway leave a comment at the end of this post and also ‘like’ the Ella Goodwin Illustration Facebook page.  If your Facebook user name differs from the name you use for your email account, please include your Facebook name in your comment. Comments must be in before midnight on 30th April 2014 to be included in the draw.  The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw on 01/05/2014 and notified by email.
